How To Use VLC Media Player

Run VLC Media Player for use. Look for an icon that looks like an orange traffic cone on your desktop. Double-click icon to launch VLC Media Player.
Open your file by clicking the menu Media > Open Folder. Navigate and find the file you wish to open.
Click Choose Folder.
If it is a movie or TV show, it will display an on-screen menu as it would on a DVD player. Click on the on-screen menu’s Start option to begin playing your media.
